Rudimentary Current Map Software – Lot of Scope to Develop

People, who stay far away from their work places, have to travel a lot. Using the same route to go to the same work place for years helps them to remember every inch of the route; including speed breakers. There are so many maps out there that show all the twists and turns of a road but not important hotspots like speed breakers, potholes, etc. located on the route. Actually, if a route is designed for a speed of 80 mph, these hotspots have the capability to bring it down to 40 mph if the concerned stakeholders don't maintain them properly. For example, an overflowing drainage pothole or a broken speed breaker can bring the traffic to a halt.

These days, the traffic has increased exponentially across all the geographies. The map providers should take the above mentioned hotspots into consideration in their map software while showing the routes. This step helps the new users to travel diligently on the route while following the map instructions.  Besides, maps can show in advance that by following  a particular route, the rider can save this many minutes of his journey, consume this many liters of fuel if driven at this much speed, etc. details also. So far, the map software, including Google maps, simply shows whether a particular route is busy and if yes, they show the alternate routes. This is maximum output that we are getting from these map software.

This blog suggests all the map software companies in the world to dig more and provide more qualitative and useful information as discussed above. The ultimate idea is to make the rider feel at home even if he is riding through a new route taking instructions from your map software.
