Why some people experience serendipity in their lives while majority
of the others cannot do that? Is serendipity experience limited to a selected
few? Why so? On what basis does one can experience serendipity?
Serendipity is the
fortunate occurrence of events by chance. Are these people the chosen ones? In
this world, people who have experienced serendipity, in most of the cases, they
become either uber rich or knowledgeable. All panegyric speeches in this world,
in general, talk about rich, bold, and rectitude behaviors. If a person does
good deeds in this birth, serendipity comes his way in future births to make
his life easy; this is the way most of the eastern countries think. Their religious
philosophy also supports this saying.
If rectitude behavior is the key to experience serendipity,
which in turn lot of pleasant surprises, then why in this world not many people
are following that? Does this mean doing bad things give more pleasure than doing
good? Or people cannot wait for such a long time to experience pleasant serendipity
related surprises? Anyway, people have that pleasure seeking attitude and they
do everything to experience them.
Happiness is the underlying reason why people pursue
different tasks. From a mentally disabled person, who maunders to himself, to a
noveau riche, who squanders his wealth with incivility, everyone pursues
happiness. Happiness pursuing is there in spiritual angle also; take the case
of a saint who scampers every day morning to take bath and worship his lord is
nothing but a case of pursuing happiness. However, all these happiness pursuing
events are part of serendipity in everyone’s life.
In summary, serendipity is there in all of our
lives. However, the quality and quantity of that pleasantness is little for a
few and medium or huge for some others. The reason for this variance lies in
our good deeds done in our previous births; as per eastern philosophy.
