Career - Talent - Creativity

Nowadays, people are treating their professional careers with utmost care.  There is a reason for this. The way organizations are focusing on their employee skill set has been changing. Irrespective of the experience that every employee is bringing to the table, managements are focusing on their respective employee’s craftsmanship to identify how talented they are.

Talent can be built on exposure and experience. Maybe that is the reason why organizations are dividing the employees into small groups; as ‘focus groups’. These groups focus on a particular aspect of their respective craftsmanship and try to develop that through their common sense, innovativeness, and research. Organizations, which are having this kind of focus groups, send tell-tale indicator signals to the market that they are different from the rest of their tribe.

Market needs creativity. It always keeps track of innovators, significant contributors, out-of-the-box thinkers, etc. It exposes counterfeits/open & shut cases and mercilessly throws career-wrecking balls at those people, who create such kind of products. A genuine society-useful invention never faces stumbling block to enter the market. Career-oriented people always chip in their best for the betterment of their career and the organizations that they work for. They go over again and again through different study materials, etc, to identify new patterns and trends in their respective fields to come up with path-breaking products.

Bangles & Indian Culture

Wearing spangled colorful bangles by females are part of Indian custom and tradition. Single or married, from village girls to city brides, most of the ladies wear them in India. Buying bangles is a great time pass for Indian ladies; they spend hours haggling about the price of the bangles. Besides, there are poets, who have written so many jingles referring to the jangling sounds of bangles from romantic angle.

Bangles are made with different materials like plastic, glass, etc, and they come in different types; toggled ones, dangling ones, etc. Nowadays, they became part of a fashion statement. One can see different international models wearing bangles that go with their modern dresses as part of their trendy fashion. Every Indian woman wears them at some stage of her life and as per Hindu customs, it is a ‘must wearable’ thing for women.

Besides, bangles are used by other businesses in an innovative way. Textile brands are selling readymade dresses sticked with mangled and bungled bangle pieces to add that glittering effect. Toy makers use colored glass bangles for making different toys. For example, to show snake fangles they use broken bangle pieces.

In summary, with their different color combinations, glittering effects, and tinkling sounds, bangles are part of Indian culture.

Hey! Independent India! What is Our Destiny?

Hey! My Indian Forefathers…
If sacrifice is what India needed for its independence, we gave
If turmoil is what British wanted to create that time, we stopped
If understanding each other is what our people felt to do struggle, we did
If empathy is what other slave nations expected from us for their struggle, we supported
In other words, we did not leave any stone unturned to get our independence!

Hey! My Indian Brothers…
Knowing corruption is what ruining Indian growth, we are not stopping it
Knowing nepotism is what stopping India in its tracks, we are not condemning it
Knowing favoritism is making Indian development topsy-turvy, we are not even bothering
Knowing security for females has become a daily Indian issue, we are looking other side
In other words, we are not helping independent fellow citizens to stay happily!

Hey! My Indian Leaders…
Where is that world class leadership that you displayed during our independence struggle?
Where is that passionate hard talk that has shaken our enemies to the core?
Where is that iron-willed resolve to make India a superpower?
Where is that patriotic fervor to guide India to achieve the ‘peak of excellence’ in all the fields?
In other words, you forgot those independence sacrifices and left India like a boat without an oar!

Hey! Bharat Ma! Please help us to stay on track, secure our future, and find our destiny!

World Class from India

Who has the dare to disturb the universe? The answer is GOD. However, apart from God, ‘humans with brains’ also have the capability up to a certain extent to disturb the universe through their cutting-edge innovations. Earlier, we humans used to follow certain proven rules and strategies to lead our lives. Nowadays, it has become a habit to disrupt everything that we used to do; from technologies to processes, we want to change everything.

There was a time, where people employ pigeons to carry messages. After paper has been invented, postal system came into picture. It was there for a long time and no one has dreamt of any other system that is capable of replacing it. But then came, e-mail riding on top of Internet. Whole postal department look, feel, and process have been changed for the better; like never before. Communication picked up at rapid pace and people started consuming more information within a short span of time. Then came social networking sites like Facebook, Buzz, etc, and applications like What’s up, Hike, etc, which allows people to continuously keep in touch with each other. Instant fame is the hot topic nowadays and sharing even small achievements have become part of our lives.

Nowadays, we hear hitherto unknown phrases like ‘killer websites’, ‘attract eyeballs’, ‘game-changing environments’, etc. In this world, now things started changing at a rapid pace. The biggest innovation challenges are becoming the ground zeros for disruptive innovations. And, one of the ‘innovation ground zeros’ on this planet, whose profile rocks, is in India - a spiritual oriented country.

‘MADE IN INDIA’ is a significant brand at a global scale. Although, sporadic life threatening security issues are there, when it comes to India, it acts as a hub for manufacturing various products. The products of India are built with world class quality stuff and are shipped to different destinations across the globe under the following brand name: World Class from India.

Loneliness & Marriage

When you grow old, who will look after you? This question bugs every middle-aged human mind on this planet. Your energy levels would be down and financially, you would be dependent on your meager savings, if any, by that time. If there is any protection network provided by government for aged people, you have to go there unless you have people to look after you.

None of these questions have a satisfactory response at your end. If you are single and you pass out anywhere, for example, on a road in intense summer, there won’t be anyone to take you to hospital at least!

When you were young, you backed so many people. Even when they had blown something up also, you did your best to protect them, Now, where are those people? Ask around! As age passes by, your energy levels are going to dwindle down; they won’t grow back.
When you were youth, you handled, managed, and played with so many people from opposite gender. You asked them out and enjoyed with them as long as you had wished and finally dumped them for some other. But now, no one is there in your life. The exuberant youth gone out of your fabulous body long ago and now, diseases have brought down your body.

At this stage, you need support and it is not there! When you pass away, you don’t even know how the society handles with your soulless body. All your mistakes that had done in your previous stages of your life are reeling in front of your eyes but you cannot change them.

In summary, time changes you. It takes you from cradle to grave. You cannot stop it. You cannot even fight against it. It is invincible and invisible. Intelligent people understand this and go for partnerships; hoping that these partnerships would save them in their old age. The name they have given to this partnership is called MARRIAGE. This is an effort by human beings to handle their lives in a better manner. Most of the marriages have survived the onslaught of hardships thrown by time now and then in to its path. It is the only one solution to relieve you from your loneliness and provide you a support in your old age.

Think about it!

Marketing – The Powerful Glue

Marketing is the magic wand that companies use to relate their products with their customers. With inspirational, motivational, and empowering messages, they try to build a magnificent halo around their products, make them look powerful (solves all the customer problems and gives peace of mind to customers) and presentable (aesthetic effects). They record, merge, and spread their customer stories (filled with success and greatness) around the world to inspire their prospects and generate more leads.

Frictionless customer experience is the name of the marketing game, nowadays. Make customer feel like king. Provide everything you can to make him feel great and let the customer feel the power and define his own moment of greatness by using the company’s products. The idea is to make the customer feel and look like a GLADIATOR though he is a WEEKEND WARRIOR.

In summary, great companies are building great products. However, until customer experiences the product, he does not know whether the product is great. There is some sort of inertia in which the customer is stuck in which does not allow him to try the new product. Here, the marketing thing comes into picture. Carefully built messages are placed strategically in front of customer, who is looking to fix a particular need of his own. Once the customer warms up to the message (an eclectic mix of inspiration, motivation, satisfaction, etc), he contacts the company and becomes a lead for them, unknowingly. Now, sales people step in to turn the ‘lead’ in to a ‘prospect’.

Although all teams (product design, building, sales, etc) share the credit, the exclusive credit for bringing the customer in to contact with the company’s product goes to marketing team in a company.

Goals & Stress

What is the most important point for any person in his life? Happy life or Peaceful life or Exciting life or something else! One can give neither a tongue-in-cheek answer nor tell a bold lie for this question. In other words, knowingly or unknowingly, everyone keeps a goal in life and he gives utmost priority to achieve it. Whatever is the goal of his life, he works hard for it. Everyone have their intents and purposes to keep different goals in life.
The case in point here is to assess what is ‘it’ that is keeping people busy throughout their life?

Most of the people don’t think about what they want in life; just like that they live. Others, who realize that they have a goal in life, strive for it and achieving it becomes their life’s objective.

A few people ‘home in’ what they keep as goal in their life; others may or may not even get to it throughout their life. The intention and inspiration of chasing the goal may get nipped in the bud due to the stress it causes on one’s body; both physically and mentally. When it comes to creating stress, all goals are one and the same. Stress wrecks havoc on one’s body and mind and to wreak this havoc, the only solution is to escape from it by not doing the thing that is causing it.

Does it mean we need to stop chasing goals of our lives? No. You should know how to deal with stress and a few easy techniques to achieve what you want in life. Cool! That solves the problem!

Happiness

People always try to find ways to make and keep them happy. If real-time situations are not happening as per their expectations, then they create a make believe world and try to spend time there. This means, for the sake of happiness, in pursuit of happiness, and to enjoy the experience of happiness, people do everything.

Happiness connects people. Most of the times, across the world, we see happy people groups; not sorrow groups. Loving happiness is ingrained in our genes. We think in different ways to keep our loved ones happy. Besides, business savvy people, who understood about happiness long time ago, started minting money by catering happiness through entertainment channels, comedy movies, etc. The quality of happiness never goes out of style. Even rebels love that feeling, but in their case, their main focus is only to keep themselves happy; ‘I am what I am’ concept.

Indifference is the only point that brings down happiness levels down; otherwise, happiness gives us a feeling that we are in safe hands of God! Play on!

Man’s Ignorance VS. Nature’s Fury

Who does not love nature? Its breathtaking beauty is every poet’s muse and every lover’s inspiration! Tired of dwelling in cool nature’s lap, man wanted to try something new. He started exploring the unique opportunities that he can lay his hands on and through streamlined discovery and iron will, he continually pushed himself and other beings to the edge of life’s space in the name of progress. When pollution started to creeping in, he didn’t realize the negative effects of it but started to find signals through its hissing noise. His curiosity to explore the strange and magical threads of nature’s bounties (minerals, ores, etc) made him to dig for them more. As a result, planet Earth is left with digged holes and empty desert like spaces.

Everyone knows about nature’s fury. When nature realized what man, the sole intelligent product of plant Earth, has been doing and how he is pushing life to the edge of space, it decided to teach man a lesson in its own way. It created and sent TSUNAMI; man now dreads of this word like never before. One tsunami is enough to push him back to the Stone Age. Repeated attacks like this could push man to the primitive stage. However, man is yet to understand the depth of Nature’s fury. He is still trying to be in his own dreams of destruction.

Stay informed; because Nature won’t leave man this time if he makes another grave mistake! Amen!

Intoxicated World - Inefficient Governments

Alcoholic beverages pack a kick that thrills the drinker in many ways. While a few people drink these beverages, now and then, for enjoyment, others are addicted to them. Although governments around the world set an age limit for beverage consumption, one can see people half of the set age limit can lay their hands on these beverages, consuming them, and are getting  addicted to them.   On top of all these things, cheap beverages, manufactured by locals without following any standard industry practices, are proving dangerous to people's lives. Others are selling pilfered stuff to the people.

So many journalists, who are looking for a 'breaking news' forage, have given a good coverage about what these cheap beverages are capable of. The liquor manufacturing companies across the world formed as groups, started leveraging the loopholes of the government beverage policies across the world, and are behaving like monarchies.  The synergy that they are bringing to the table when it comes to improving and spreading their business tentacles across geographies is really 'threatening'. So many youngsters are getting stuck in this complicated maze filled with intoxication that has been created by the alcohol beverage business monsters and are wasting their life and energy  without realizing what harm these beverages create on their mind and bodies.

In summary, alcoholic beverages are taking toll of innocent peoples' lives irrespective of their age. Governments across geographies are entertaining business instead of stopping them for the sake of revenue. If the government itself bites the common man, where he has to go to protect himself!
