Tourist places are ineffable. The history that they tell about a place is invaluable. Every tourist place carries remnants of our great tradition and culture. It is the responsibility of every citizen to protect their respective countries tourist places from getting destroyed. Tourists, both domestic and foreign splurge their hard earned money to visit these tourist places across geographies. These people are knowledge savvy and respect every country’s culture and their respective people. Their sojourn journeys really provide big business to the localites. On the other hand, they behave in a sensitive way and never make trenchant statements that hurt the natives. Their loquacious nature and lissome personality (not all of them!) carries the grace that they ooze through their resplendent lifestyle; day in and out. Historians around the globe are overwrought with everyday new findings across the world due to diggings and debate of new theories.

Cost-cutting has become a common thing for governments across the world nowadays due to consecutive recessions. NGOs across the world are requesting their respective governments not to go for retrench activities when it comes to saving historic monuments and places.

If financial matters dictate what to save and what not to save, then it is an indication that we are going backwards; not forward!! Hope, someone is listening!! 

Global Solidarity – Dancers, Gymnasts, & Cultural Activities

Dancers and gymnasts have one thing in common. Physical fitness and universal language! While dancers add emotional expressions to their physical movements, gymnasts focus more on acrobatics. Across the world, one can see more number of femme fatales in these two professions. And they wear leotard for their practice sessions. Both professions require incessant and rigorous practice sessions. Both have potential to entertain people across geographies irrespective of cultural, regional, and language differences.

Due to globalization impact, one can see a new growth wave rising across all the geographies and domains. The old monotonous life filled with uncountable restrictions and loath feelings is now passé. Although, there is still a minority of people who want that old way of life back again, however, majority of the people are thinking in cosmopolitan way. In other words, one can call them global citizens. These people are ingenuous in their speech and expressions when it comes to expressing solidarity with other global citizens residing across the globe.

Whenever people with old mindset express their impugn feelings through their locution about the events that are happening across the globe, global citizens with cosmopolitan outlook are rebuffing these sudden attacks in a sophisticated manner by organizing and participating in cultural exchange programs that strengthens solidarity and infuses new strength among the global citizens.

Underprivileged

Two-thirds of the planet earth is occupied by underprivileged people. Their total earning in a day is less than 1 dollar. Entire family is dependent on a single bread-winner. And there is no promise that the bread-winner gets work every day throughout the year. Most of them are uneducated. They neither have a bank account nor amount to save. They live on daily wages. They stay in huts or temporary accommodations. No medical facilities, no clean water to drink, no gas to cook their food; life is nothing but a misery. But, why we are allowing these underprivileged people to remain as underprivileged? What those elected governments across the geographies are doing?

The recent financial inclusion policy that the governments across the globe are religiously implementing to reach the unreached is already proving itself as a main differentiator when compared with the rest of the policies that have been designed for underprivileged so far. With the help of this policy, which facilitates as a last mile service for the banks to service the rural and urban markets, there is a chance that governments across the world can improve the lives of underprivileged like never before.

Besides, underprivileged people across the world have to understand the situation there are in and make efforts to increase awareness of their hidden potential to change their fortunes across their brethren. They should educate themselves, make use of government provided opportunities in a skillful way, capitalize on the opportunities that they come across in life, and improve the chance of their livelihood. 

Tangerine Girls

Who said girls are made of only ‘sugar and spice’? They are made of ‘tangerine’ stuff also. However, girls made with tangerine exhibit different personality altogether. Just like tangerine fruits like orange, lemon, etc, this type of girls’ have fair skin color and layered inner personality [Not possible to fathom the inner heart details in single meeting!].

People can identify that they are dealing with a tangerine girl only when the latter starts talking to them. The words, expressions, touchy statements, quirky phrases [now & then], mono syllables representing different moods [for saying YES/NO], single words to wrap-up the lengthy conversations, etc, are part of tangerine girl communication strategies.

Tangerine girls are all goal-oriented. Irrespective of whatever they do, they set goals; they strive, struggle, and endeavor to reach them, no matter, whatever they have to sacrifice for that! For them, life is all about setting and reaching goals. Limited excitement in life is OK; but people looking for 24/7 excitement in life are SWORN ENEMIES for tangerine batch. Getting depressed in life is acceptable and they have a policy that no one should disturb them when they are depressed. Continuous thinking and analysis are part of their lives; it can be a personal, local, domestic, or global topic.

One can say that tangerine batch exhibits good listening skills. They listen to what the other person tells them; hours and hours. But, they won’t utter a single word during the entire conversation. That’s what differentiates them from other sugar and spicy girls. They know a lot about the topic in hand but won’t exhibit their hard-earned knowledge to the opposite party just like that. They have the talent of asking questions like an innocent and gathering detail from the other person like a black hole.  

Tangerines like traditional stuff. Predictability is part of their ‘doing way of things’. They rarely believe in qualities like imagination, assumptions, guess work, etc. ‘Seeing in believing’ for tangerine people. Unless they see a demo, they don’t believe in other party’s words.

In summary, tangerines believe in following routine but interesting life with occasional excitement. They focus on conserving what they have [be it words, energy, money, etc] to a great extent in their life. They don’t live life as if every day is their last day.

In one line, they are like ‘saints’ who are under the influence of steroids. 

Beauty vs. Intelligence

Confidence brings assertiveness in people. But, what brings confidence? So many things like beauty, intelligence, money power, etc, which helps you to standout in society. Beauty with intelligence is a rare combination; very few people possess it. However, most of the times, intelligent people display confidence on their ‘not so beautiful/handsome’ faces based on the solid idea that they got on their mind. They up their ante against their peers, society, etc, make their idea standout stylistically among competitors, and finally, they win the race and get that prized sweet spot with their impressive strategic value-oriented designs against their resilient contenders.

Ideas rule this world. If there is a competition between beauty and intelligence, the latter beats the former by so many rounds when it comes to surviving in this competitive world filled with commanding and demanding people. Beauty with brains is what everyone wants to have but normally in real life, brains without beauty is what nature supports in most of the circumstances. If politicians in this world display assertive behavior than anyone else and still command respect from everyone, models (without beauty) who walk on ramps day in & out and command people’s attention like anything, and feature-laden intelligent cars with their commanding road presence roam around cities providing tasteful rides to citizens are part of our everyday lives, then we can safely believe that intelligence is in the most demanding position than beauty in this world.
